PA / SD Technology Transactions Associate (2nd-4th Year)(Location Flexible)

Paul Hastings’ growing technology transactions practice is seeking a 2nd-4th year associate. Candidates will preferably sit in the Palo Alto or San Diego office. This position will support the team on a broad range of transactions and provide experience drafting varied commercial and technology agreements. The position includes exposure to a wide range of industries and supports deals firm-wide, and will include close mentoring by senior level attorneys and partners. Outstanding academic credentials required. Technology transactions or IP/patent experience and a degree in technology, computer science, or engineering is preferred.
